　郭書瑤在電影《志氣》中素顏扮演拔河女孩，入圍金馬獎最佳新演員，在新片《愛情無全順》中飾陳意涵的姊妹淘室友，同樣是個素顏運動傻妹，卻被監製蘇照彬、導演賴俊羽改造成大學中常見的腐女。她自嘲：「上次《志氣》雖素顏但至少有朝氣，但這次不僅素顏，而且穿著更不修邊幅，我離女神之路越來越遙遠了！」

　郭書瑤在《愛情無全順》裡很大膽，當蟑螂亂飛把宿舍女大生嚇得花容失色，她面不改色赤手空抓、帥氣手爆蟑螂，更讓蟑螂噴汁濺灑女大生的臉頰。她現實中最怕蟑螂，劇組將蝦子鬍鬚塗黑，搭配蟬殼與綠色乳液，做成真假難辨的山寨蟑，仍把她嚇得半死：「一開始聽說導演考慮要用真蟑螂直接試，真的把我給嚇壞了。那場戲我至少捏爆了５個以上的蟬殼蟑螂。」
