　　新華網華盛頓９月１９日電（記者高攀　王宗凱）美國勞工部１９日公布數據顯示，上周美國首次申請失業救濟人數在前一周大幅下降後回升，但四周移動平均值繼續降至近６年新低。

　　數據顯示，經季節調整後，在截至９月１４日的一周，美國首次申請失業救濟人數增加１．５萬至３０．９萬，低于經濟學家平均預期的３３萬。此前一周的美國首次申請失業救濟人數被上調為２９．４萬，仍為２００６年４月以來的最低值。

　　美國勞工部發言人表示，由于兩周之前兩個州升級計算機係統導致部分失業救濟申請處理被推遲，未來幾周美國首次申請失業救濟人數可能上升。

　　數據顯示，波動性較小的首次申請失業救濟人數四周移動平均值減少７０００至３１．４７５萬，降至２００７年１０月以來新低。根據經驗，若首次申請失業救濟人數穩定在３７．５萬以下，則表明就業市場需求強勁，失業率也會下降。

　　數據還顯示，在截至９月７日的一周，美國全國領取失業救濟總人數為２７８．７萬，比前一周修正後的數字減少２．８萬。

　　美國勞工部本月初公布的就業報告顯示，８月份美國非農部門失業率從前一個月的７．４％降至７．３％，為２００８年１２月以來的最低值。
