一問到台灣創業環境，網路創業者Jason感嘆，「台灣創業環境真的不好」，對網路業更是困難重重。他說，創業初期一定是個nobody，在台灣，根本不會有銀行會借錢給nobody。

沒錢，無法請人才，公司就無法營運，創業夢只能胎死腹中。

三年前，Jason創立「MamiBuy」嬰兒用品推薦網站，當時滿腦子創意，但除了從自己跟爸媽口袋掏錢出來外，向銀行借、向政府申請、向創投要，全都卡關。

他說，當時向銀行借錢，被要求提出一到三年的財報，但創業初期「哪來的一到三年財報？」

找創投注資？現實是，創投不投資規模太小的公司，要確認能百分百獲利的才投，「但誰能保證創業百分百獲利？」

國內的公司法的限制也不合時宜。他指出，如果有創投願意挹注二千萬元，而他釋出廿趴股權交換，意謂公司資本額須達一億元，按規定創業者必須持有八千萬元的資金，但若創業者已有八千萬，又何必去借二千萬元？
