 化學醬油引疑慮,如何分辨化學及釀造醬油?彰化縣衛生局今天說,搖晃醬油瓶身,產生的泡沫越細緻、持久,釀造成分越高。

 大統離職員工向檢方爆料,指稱大統公司使用脫脂大豆加入鹽酸水解成化學醬油,加速製程。彰化縣衛生局今天表示,化學醬油的製程合法,日前將大統化學醬油送驗,單氯丙二醇含量符合標準。

 民眾要如何分辨化學醬油及釀造醬油?彰化縣衛生局食品衛生科長林毓芬提供簡單辨識方式,搖晃醬油瓶身所產生的泡沫越細緻、持久,釀造的成分越高;而化學醬油所產生的泡沫較大,短暫消退。1021023
