    　南韓防衛事業廳（DAPA）今天開會，否決了價值77億美元的60架波音F-15沈默鷹戰機採購案，並表示將重啟這項最大軍備採購案的招標程序。

    　 參與投標的三家公司中，只有波音公司（Boeing Co.）的報價在南韓預算限制內，因此也是南韓法律規範下唯一可能得標者。採購案被否決，無異對波音造成打擊。

    　 防衛事業廳似乎認為F-15不符合南韓空軍的需求，尤其是面對北韓的核子威脅情況下。

    　 南韓國防部發言人金(王民)奭說：「防衛事業推進委員會多數委員投票否決F-15，決定重啟招標作業。防衛事業廳考慮了當前安全處境、北韓核子威脅和航空科技的快速發展。」

    　 南韓空軍多年來使用F-4和F-5戰鬥機。這次另外兩家投標的業者是洛克希德馬丁公司（Lockheed Martin Corp.）的F-35A戰機和歐洲戰機聯合體（Eurofighter consortium）的颱風戰鬥機（Typhoon）。

    　 對F-15沈默鷹戰機的主要批評是，缺乏F-35等現代噴射戰鬥機所具有的躲避雷達匿蹤性能。

    　 南韓15位前空軍首長8月下旬聯名發布請願書，建議重新評估排除了F-35和颱風戰機的「不理性」程序。

    　 南韓將重啟招標程序。國防部說，完成新的招標程序約需一年時間。1020924
